Creditors meeting

Today, April 6, a creditors meeting has been held which was administered by the court of Vänersborg, Sweden.  This meeting acted as a  'check-point' for the court to confirm that reorganization plans are moving forward as expected.  Guy Lofalk, who is Saab´s court-appointed reorganization lawyer, was reporting on the reorganization process and Saab Automobile´s Managing Director, Jan Åke Jonsson presented the Saab Automobile business plan.  The registered creditors were also given the chance to ask questions.

As a result of the creditors meeting, the court of Vänersborg confirmed that the Saab Automobile reorganization plans are moving forward as expected and that the reorganization should continue.  There were a number of creditors in attendance and some of these registered and asked questions.  All were in favour of Saab Automobile continuing with the reorganization.

After the court closed there was a short question and answer session with the press with Jan Åke Jonsson, and Guy Lofalk.

We are extremely confident in the business plan and the progress that has already been made in creating the foundations for a sustainable and profitable company.
